I thought this is a real eye opener from Newsweek. I'm not surprised though:

Map shows which countries have the highest IQs

Within the U.S., Massachusetts was found to have the highest average IQ out of all the states, with an average of 104.3.

I think they've gone onto different countries in various regions and given the natives IQ tests and recorded the results. Quite interesting no?

bhai an IQ below 60 is considered retarded/ mentally challenged. 42 is like a monkey's IQ.

IQ is not just pattern solving tests, the only kind I've seen online.

Logon se mil ke, baat and guftagu kar ke pata lagta

kaun dumb, or kaun smart.. at least that's my metric, just sorta vibe it out, y'know ? lol

I got real doubts about if there's even a scientific way of quantifying it.
