A strong RAW network has been unearthed and dismantled within Bangladesh Air Force. A few high officials were involved in deleterious RAW activities within Bangladesh Air Force. Squadron Leader Abdullah Ibne Altaf was court marshalled and awarded a sentence of 10 years of imprisonment. Air Vice Marshal MA Awal Hossain, Air Vice Marshal Jahidul Syed, Air Commodore Mohammad Aminul Huq, Group Captain Abdullah Al Farook, Group Captain Mohammad Shamim, and Wing Commander Syed Mohammad were RAW agents. They were court marshalled and sent into forced retirement as a punishment.
