General Overthinking

I think all the time. I over analyze things. I think it's genetic. I got it from my father. But he overthinks a lot. But he doesn't have stress and insomnia issues. My case is extreme. The longest without sleep I went is 5 days in row. Most people can't handle 2 days without sleep.

I had this issues since childhood.

Is this a curse?

Be into things. Hobbies. Mechanicals.

Overthinking is a sign of someone who has a lot of free bandwidth, which the brain then auto configures into its own loops.

Of course bro. We have such in Poona as well.

A maushi (must be dead now) in Ghorpadi. Had set up a nice joint on the terrace of her two storey house. Maushi's Tadilak we called it.

We use it a lot for leavening of flour for baking, like the Parsi bhakras.
