Believe it or not, Bangladesh is in the same boat. Fertility per woman is less than replacement rate (less than India).

Iran 1.7, Bangladesh 1.9, India 2.0 (Child per woman)

No, but their (Persian) decline is more like the Japanese or Korean population decline.

Around here, not sure of the specifics of BD.. there no decline here, gtfo lol

what we have here is more like a plateauing of the curve.

in China, there is apparently a decline, very good for them.. big indicator of wealth.

I see it here too, pretty well to do folk, friends, cousins etc.. 99% are sticking to a 1 kid thing, including some musalmand friends.

Grow one, make it a tree, why 5 shrub and weed waalas ? :P

2 is generally where people are maxing out.. comfortable lifestyle, set em up good with undivided attention, more resources per spawn etc :ROFLMAO:
