Yes, this tweet hits pretty hard now that the actualization of Chinese industrial ascendancy has been sinking in for a lot of dissenters and deniers. China has evolved into a manufacturing giant and as the saying goes bhai.......'where there is manufacturing, there is R&D'.........holds true.

However, China is very materialistic and only helps those whom it deems 'useful'.......

Iran's rejected China for various reasons because of past bad behavior regarding Iranian infra projects during the Ahmaghinejad era, where Iran lost at least $500 billion in unrealized goals as it was promised. Then China turns around and tries to sign up Iran onto a new $500 billion infra projects scheme a decade later? which Iran has put on da back burner for good bhai.

That CPEC is yet another example of failure, supposedly with its closest ally Pakistan other than the DPRK. How da fukk can that happen?
