In my opinion, they are doing this because they have no other choice. They got backed into a corner.

Funny, due to Hakan Fidan becoming the foreign minister, everyone was expectinga hawkish foreign policy, including me.

But so far it's been the opposite. First the Sweden fiasco and now this.


We shouldn't have gotten involved in Egypt's internal matters to begin with. First we turned them into an enemy and now we're surrendering.
