Same thing happens when I click on the reaction icons. I can't even access some of them because they are hidden by the stupid modal.

Can't say. The model has been around for 15 years. In that long a period you'd expect the aircraft to have had everything thrown at it - bad pilots, avionics snags, design issues, weather, poor maintenance, bad fuel. Anyway, let's see what comes out.
