Israel sells $8 billion in weapons to India annually now. India is their biggest customer. Other customers include Sunni muzlims and AL_Turkiyans and Moroccans/ Azeri guppu people and UAE etc.

He is talking about east as they couldn't strike in west as the west was guarded.
