it seems due to a lack of ability to modernize these aircraft and having too many types of aircraft to maintain, defence minister Dendias announced that they want to sell F-16 Block 30 and Mirage 2000 Fighters

How much are they asking for the jet fighters? How many jet fighters do they want to sell?

Its not lack of ability, its that these aircraft are surplus. They have the ones that they want to bring to Block 70 and have Rafales. And on the hunt for F-35s. So with that sort of a modernized force, they can get rid of a few Block 30s
