They need an excuse so they can distract the Indian voters from Modi foreign policy and other domestic failures - I am surprised Congress is going along with it. Classic Western 1st world move. Start a war somewhere in the globe so they can steer people's attention away from domestic troubles.

Half our country pinching pennies looking for their next meal totally busted ass economy. We literally are an inch away from defaulting on our loans and then an automatic collapse worse yet balkanization.
