You have little idea about what the results of assaults are (and the damages awarded). I think $100,000 will be on the low side of what he gets as rewards/settlement. Even spitting on someone can be an assault in the USA and can get you $50,000. Depends on which state and the laws there. California is more liberal.

Fake propaganda. No Indian citizen is expelled. They undergo multiple layer of checking before deportation. They are given chance to prove their citizenship at multiple Layers.
