Baloch are too few in Balochistan to "liberate" it as many Indians would like to see happen. Plus it would be very unwise to think majority of the Baloch support the insurgency. They actually dont. But alot in South and Central Balochistan’s do but their numbers are too less and the lands too vast.

Balochistan is majority Pashtun lands, Afghan migrants further have tilted the demographics. Then there are non Pashtuns like Hazaras, my community, ethnicities from other provinces.

If state wants to, they still can control it. But they are too inept.

Iran is ethnically homogeneous to a large degree unlike us. Both come with their own set of issues. Better resources management and decentralisation can solve our issues but our elite would never let that happen.

I wouldn't say that. Persians are only 45% in Iran compared to 48% Punjabis in Pakistan. Iran has an Azeri supreme leader and many more ethnic groups.

Its actually 61% Persians, 10% Kurds, 6% Lurs, 2% Baloch all of whom are Iranics and they know it. Similar cultures and everything. Then they have Gilakis and Mazandranis who are basically Persians too. Azeris are 16% only but yes quite influential for their size. Nonetheless, its a very homogeneous society with a long civilizational history.
