There is a surprising racially diverse variety to the Ijraeli awam at large.

everything from kallus, to mulatos, to full on arab or persian looking, to gora nordic green eyed types hain.. I've hung out with a variety of them over the years.

Unka internal racism type scene zaroor hoga, ethnic based type.. but I've not been privy to it, but hoga, sure.. why not..

I was actually contemplating a nihari and almost called for one, but then inki yaad aai.. a Kashmiri specialist place.. no restaurant, only delivery or catering for bigger events.. their menu is rather limited in case you're only in it for a small meal but all the favs are there.. tabak maaz, marchwangan korma etc

Only Delhi people know how to make nihari….. or Karachi waalay…..

I hung out briefly with this Syrian guy, he was based in the west.. peak war time some more than ten odd years ago even..

Xtian guy, full gora, blond, neeli aankhein, pretty boy.. his other friends were giving him a horribly hard non PC time, ki uski granny ka kaam kisi French soldier ne kar dia hoga.. it was pretty savage, but all in great fun.

North Africa me bhot mixing hai, Morocco, Spain, Algeria, Syria, Libya.. har type ka hai.. niggar bhi, arbi bhi, goray bhi..

ya, old delhi lotsa famous joints been at it, almost without rukavat maybe since batwara.

idhar there a chain "khan chacha" .. udhar milti hai, good stuff, kakoris, tikkas, kebab rolls of all sorts and some dal makhni etc too..

a good nihari, but, hard to find around here.. its not ubiquitous like it may be in Karachi or something.. some mull areas have it on the ready, like the Nizamuddin dargah.. but rare mostly.

that jumma raat thursday jam is the bees knees, I been a few times.. good stuff.

Delhi has the famous food served up in all the restaurants in the subcontinent. However simple humble Punjabi food is outstanding too.
