50k Al-Balastinian dead and 3,000 Israelis dead and thousands more wounded or crippled for life. Million Israelis displaced and Israel defense industry’s reputation damaged.
The US also lost $25 billion since Oct 7th having to bail out Israel with weapons and funding.
Very satisfying outcome.
And Irans not done yet.

Irans got a 250k strong Iraqi PMU army plus Hezb at the ready. I believe the IRGC is in a huddle period reassessing the situation.
If trump sahb gets all excited then Iran will react and seriously destabilize Syria.
Irans looking at creating a new proxy in Syria closer to the Iraqi border.
Destabilising something and creating a splinter group in a place that you controlled de facto is still a loss. Let us not deny that.

Oh sure it is a loss. No denying that. Many in the IRGC have on the record admitted that Syria was lost years ago because Assad sahb had asked Iran to leave because the reconstruction money was not going to come from neither the west nor the GCC. His position in the axis was just nominal over the last many years and he refused to take action against neither turkey nor Israel, despite Iranian and Russian assurances for full on military and economic support.
Iran had lost faith in Assad years ago evident with his indecisions and negligence, which is why the IRGC saw a war not worth fighting and decided to cut its losses.

There will be no peace in the Middle East until the mullahs in Iran are removed from power. It is they who are inciting their proxies to create mayhem in the region to dominate their version of religion over those whom they see as apostates. That is also why the Palestinian people have failed to elicit widespread support in the region for their suffering simply because their leaders are seen as the tools of the Iranian mullahs.

What the people and the governments of the Middle East do is up to them to decide. Thus far, their responses have been quite predictably according to the basic tenets of international geopolitics, so nothing surprising there, thus far, as much as I can tell.
