I can see where the expats / exiles are coming from.

Why they want the US and Israel to liberate Iran from the Ayatollas.

But now even if the Ayatollas are decapitated, Iran will turn back to Islam.

I've heard conflicting narratives outside of this forum irl about Iran too.

How religious are they ? Shah ke time pe toh mashallah full westernized, sexy dresses and liberal lifestyle tha.. some say that is Iranis at their core, not a very mazhabi lot.
