there is this particular caste of people, gypsy roma walas.. expert chors, very very violent.. full body oil laga ke aate hain, so that they can slip away and haanth me na aaye... they don't think for half a second before they stab someone with a knife or take a mace to their head.. ekdum murderer log.. inka naam hai, skips me.

back in Delhi, is type ke gypsies are around our place but its a very well patrolled area right next to some popular spots, malls. Every few months there is a drive and they thrown out, only to return back and squat.

Itnay cases huwe hain wahan.. people in auto ricks, they ask money like any random bhikari, but if you shoo them away rudely, they'll just whip out a gravity knife, slash you, and run.. peak hour traffic me kahan kisi ko pata bhi hota hai.. minute se pehle they slash you, and it can be fatal... very dangerous folk.

not sure what type of chor you encountered but skorti etc step up karva do in your area, talk to neighbors.. armed chowkanna guards lagva lo.. and lights and surveillence cams etc.
