@Bilal9 One more bad news for you. Indian startup made an EV motor which will not require rare earth magnets. Now motors will be 30% cheaper and will not require any rare earth magnet.

What happens is that soon as you mount panels, electricity production starts and you start getting money unlike normal Power plant which can not produce electricity untill it completes. So Capital outlay may be more but actual investment may be less However it may be in tens of billions of USD.
