    Next time try some Central Asian cuisine too. Youll fall in love. Pilaf, Mantu, lagman, Samsa, Shashlik etc. Extremely tasty but subtle flavors. Not overpowering atleast for me like the eastern cuisine.

    Bro you need to try our Uzbek Pilaf one day. It'll be a culinary experience for you. Our cuisine is a bit subtle. I am not sure if there are any authentic Uzbek food places in India.

    Indian cuisine uses loads of spices and shi. Too much for my tastebuds. Ideal kebab for me is the one made from lamb meat, meat piece wrapped in a thick fat layer gotten from sheep. Only use salt and pepper and light spices. Damn Im havin orgasm at thought of food rn

    Sad to hear that. Even more so when you think how deeply rooted the influence of Zoroastrianism was in Iran. Still would be but I am not well versed in this topic.
