    Persians, Mazandaranis, Kurds etc. dislike/hate Turkic peoples and a good percentage of Azeris are pro-Iran despite being proud Azeris.

    They have an old relationship with Greece, probably their closest and oldest ally. Their relations with Serbia has been improving over the years. They also have good relations with some Arab countries since Arabs hosted many Armenian refugees in the First World War I believe.

    I was against CPEC for environmental reasons, not because I oppose trade between China & Pakistan. This craze Pakistanis have for industrializing every part of their country is sick & destructive. Ecology always wins over economy. Like it or not.
