The Iranian exiles have a much more complicated relationship with their homeland than regulars who are settled abroad.

A lot of Shah loyalists lost everything, overnight ran for it, the poor guys.

Before that, the Parsis, waay back in the day.

Yes, but you dont see Parsis being chtyas. And prancing around praying for Israel to knock Islamic Iran out for them.

Or the US.

Where we can, with our own funds and political clout and lobbying, we have helped our Zoroastrian brothers in Iran.

We have supported the Kurds in multiple ways too.

We have also helped young Zoroastrians come to India and get married and housed with good jobs.

And we have been doing this not just now. But for the past 600+ years.

Ask any Iranian. Who is well aware of their own history. The role of Parsis in Iran. In India. As well as in Iran.

Iran Zamin (who now goes by Shapur Zol Aktaf) had even written extensively about it and had posted a great piece, which even I was unaware of at the time.

You do not turn on your land and people just because you do not live among them anymore.

And Iran and Iranians will always be the land and people of the Parsis. Nothing will change that.
