China Russia Ranking can change. India's position is unlikely to change for a sometime. UK, France, Japan Ranking are very close and can alter any time.

Pakistan and Indonesia are close and their Position can alter. Indonesia is allying India for defense equipment. If Indonesia buys defense stuff from India, it can surpass Pakistan. Pakistan is on 12th Position. Last year, it gain the position. Prior to that, Pakistan was ranked much bellow current ranking. India's strength is likely to gain but will remain in 4th position without much change in the position.

In view of current conflict, Pakistan's ranking may go down. China's ranking may remain stable but points may go down. Same way India's points may improve though ranking may remain stable.
