The Chinese are building all over Bangladesh (over three dozen mega projects). The quality of the project are faraway higher than any project in India, barring a few, as can be expected. Chinese civil engg. standards are at another level.

I think the country where infra collapses is India, bridges collapsing on weekly basis.
