Moscow demanded that Kiev arrest those involved in terrorist attacks in Russia
Moscow demanded that Kiev arrest and extradite all those involved in terrorist attacks in Russia, including the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk, according to the statement Statement Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed over to the authorities Ukraine requirements under the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings (CICBT) and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism (CICBT) for the immediate arrest and extradition of all persons involved," the ministry said.
