General Countries forums list should be divided into continents

Once we open a region, the list of the countries in that region should be in that subforum

Ive read the old posts here. Old School's stood out. There were some more (cant get the names off the top of my head).

Attracting good members is one thing.

Keeping them active and contributing regularly a whole different ballgame.
