Make in India is a great initiative but Agniveers would not be contributing to it much.

Most of them are 10th pass with barely any technical knowledge. You can consider them equilant to a Pakistani 12th pass or B.A. graduate only. I fail to understand what a person with such basic education will contribute to the development of submarines or depleted-uranimum shells.

The Jawans/NCOs are only expected to understand basic instructions and follow command without question. So let's not get carried away with Agniveer scheme.

Education doesn't mean anything, especially in Indian system. Many Diploma holders are much more intelligent than B.E./B.Tech graduates. Wait and watch what happens.
