Whatever people calling this type 039 as a reverse engineered Kilo class, I’d much rather have these boats than not. Our Agosta’s are at the end of their useful lives and must be replaced. Karachi shipyard has a lot of talent and any sensor fits on a kilo hull will result in a useful class of boats. Kilo class is a proven design. The first thing the IN would attempt is to box the PN in like it did in 1971. These 039’s will be the vanguard of fighting back.
