The news item below talks about Bangladeshi medical tourists who have chosen Thailand instead of India for medical treatment.

I have no sympathy for the West Bengalis. Their media has been conducting hate campaigns against Bangladesh since the fall of Hasina regime.

All West Bengalis aren't hateful about Bangladesh. The majority are educated and sane minded.

It is a noisy BJP-led minority I believe (semi-educated people) who are conducting hate campaigns against Bangladesh.

Of course I could be wrong but it is my take from my visits there and conversations with friends I have there.

It is interesting that India as a nation (and some ardent Hindutva businesspeople) would forego half a Billion USD worth of medical tourism for Hasina's sake. Wow.

First one is wrong second one is right. After taking anti India and anti Hindu stand, BD should not accept any favor from India. BD should behave like Pakistan. Boycott everything of kafir Hindus.

This is hardly the Bangladeshi stand.

The hate is all coming from the Indian side - because Bangladesh ousted Hasina, their pet tyrant.

Bangladeshi media is not spreading falsehoods - Indian media is.

It has been proven in fact checks many, many times over.

There is hardly any Hindu repression in Bangladesh.

DW, BBC, CNN have all proven this.

No matter the videos are out of burning and vendelizing of temples but no repression on any Hindu. ISCON priest is falsely vindicted yet no repression of Hindus.

You said that Indian media hates BD because of Hasina. When India lost world cup final, Bangladeshis celebreating the defeat of Indian team. When our rocket failed few years ago, we have seen Bangladeshi members celebrating. It is not their fault. Holy book teaches to hate Yahoods and Hanoods. Pakistani Muslims used to hate us a lot in past but I have seen significant reduction in their hate for India and Hindus in last 5 to 7 years. Bangladesh has taken the place of Pakistan.

That is a great news. Now they will understand the difference in cost and quality of treatment.

That is a great news. Now Bangladeshis will understand the difference between the treatment in India and other country in terms of price and quality.

Medical treatment in Thailand is not costly. Bangladeshis have been using Thailand as a destination for medical treatment for many years now. Of course as the closest neighbor India has always been the number one choice for medical treatment for Bangladeshis. As for quality, Thailand's hospitals are world-class.

Bhai people have work and families. Ruti-rooji ka mamla...

They don't have idle time to spend on hate....

No, I think people in Bangladesh and Pakistan has a lot of time to carry out all sort of demonstration and rampage and all sort of violence. Their Roji -Roti is taken care of some how. We are seeing that for many years. Huge crowds running into the streets and doing all sort of violence.

Thai facilities (even govt. facilities) are more modern than India and Doctors more educated to boot. You have not been to Thailand I presume.....you should go sometime.

I have never heard of Thiland being very good in medical sector.

That is because you haven't been there, this below is not even a top tier hospital in Bangkok (Bumrungrad)- but they gladly cater to Bangladeshi patients and cost is actually lower than that of India. I think the standards are probably better than that of India as well. They don't actually call Bangladeshi patients smelly, short and dark like Indians call Bangladeshis. They are decent civilized people unlike in some parts of India where they have threatened to beat up Bangladeshi patients and stopped giving Bangladeshis medical visas.

Eventually Bangladeshi hospitals will reach this standard as well, but for now, Bangkok will do. We are glad to support their economy for now.
