You can find Islam and the term religion in the Quran. How did Iranians invent that?
Its a well known fact that the world's oldest monotheist religion greatly impacted, was largely borrowed from, and moulded the three Abrahamic faiths of first Judaism, then Christianity, and finally and most recently, Islam, which in many ways is an Arab tribalized copy of Zoroastrian concepts, rituals and practices. Which is natural, given the entire region and its peoples, including the various prophets, were all part of the 3 great Persian empires, through a large part of 3000 years. Do read up from non Islamic sources to learn more.
