I was totally surprised at just how good this turned out. This recipe here is gold. I didn't use ghee, cuz impossible to find here in Japan. and it still came out so good. Just amazing:

Here in this recipe again, all this lady used was a quarter tsp of turmeric, a tsp of cayenne and a tsp of corriander powder. In a half kilo of lobia!
