Poona it is 50,000 to a lac for a good posh society, a decent 3.5-4 bhk flat (2200+ sq. Ft.).

Please understand one patent truth about India.

From an Indian.

India is a bipartisan nation much like the US.

Like the US, there are the same majority religion arrayed on both sides, absolutely loathing the other.

Republican Democrat or Congress BJP, it is much the same.

Now in India, the Congress is traditionally historically instinctively and ideologically from its soul a friend of the Soviets / Russians.

Exactly on the opposite end of the spectrum the BJP is directed by its high command the Sangh. Which from the time of its inception, by its founding fathers, has sucked the white man's anglophone cock.

The US inserted Modi into India. Brought him to power. Helped him weather the Godhra storm for a decade. And did all in its power to keep him in power through its intelligence resources and the ballot.

The Hindu right has always been hostile towards Russia. Who they see as ideological foes. Vivekananda never went to Russia. He went to America to preach and drum support.

Bose never went to the US. And he was killed for it. Notice the complete apathy of the Hindu right for the legacy of Bose.

This is how India rolls.

The US knows it.

Russia knows it.

China knows it.

I actually pondered living on Kish Island........saaf suthra.......beautiful tropical beaches.......saaf paani no pollution, but wifey won't agree. She can't leave Japan now......Lot of rich Iranis moving there now because new legislation will sorta totally give it a 'free trade zone' status......Local Iran laws won't apply
