For the latest episode of her YouTube series, filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan travelled to Haridwar to meet yoga guru and Patanjali co-founder Baba Ramdev. Joined by her cook Dilip, Farah toured the Patanjali campus in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, where inside the massive campus is Ramdev’s unique jhopdi built from Jodhpur stones, and even tasted a special dish called ATM.

Farah opened her video saying, “We have come to meet Baba Ramdev ji. We’ve come to his personal house—but it would be wrong to call it a house. It’s more like a shaahi mahal.”

Praising the grandeur, she remarked, “Maharaj ji, you have built an entire city for yourself.” Ramdev responded, “Like Mahatma Gandhi had his Sabarmati Ashram, this is my tapassvi kutiya. I have built this palace for people, but I continue to live in a jhopdi.”

The light-hearted exchange continued as Farah compared him to Salman Khan, who “lives in a 1BHK but builds palaces for others.” Ramdev showed her his old and new jhopdis, joking, “This one is a bit more stylish.” Looking at the stone-built structure, Farah quipped, “Baba, please gift me such jhopdis.” Ramdev explained: "This is made of stones from Jodhpur. No chemicals have been used to build them."

Inside, Farah noticed the sandalwood-like fragrance. Ramdev explained it was from devdaru wood, clarifying when she misunderstood “daru” as alcohol. She admired the rustic bedroom, where Ramdev said guests of high spiritual standing stayed. He then revealed his prized possession—a traditional kamandal worth Rs 1 lakh. Farah joked, “Ameesha Patel, are you watching? This is the bag you need to get!”
