A bunch of countries with oil money. Elites from those countries are not religious at all; especially abroad. Poor people on average are far more religious than rich people. This is a well documented fact.

Whether the leaders of GCC countries, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei are religious or not, that I do not know. But they are prosperous Muslim countries than compared to Iraq and Syria which are now in ruins.

Agreed, no insulting family members or anything like that. But at the same time, freedom of expression should not include freedom to troll.

Since when did Indonesia have a small population?

Indonesia has a larger Nominal GDP than even Turkey.
