What goes on in Libya, man ? I haven't kept up with it forever.. Afghanistaand is a a mess, but then they a special case... as is Eyeraq.

Karma will catch up with Israel sooner rather than later. Those snakes they bred and fed and set free upon those poor countries will turn around and bite em, exactly like they did Pakistan... maybe that's the plan, so next time the Jew goes "oh look, terrorists" .. and annex even more land.

Libya has been divided between France, Turkey and UAE......Extremely fukked up place. Illegal migrant smuggling hub. All the oil going cheap to the EU bhai.

It's not just Karma, the issue with Israel is that they don't belong in the region. Had the middle eastern Jews lived in n around Palestine for the last several hundred years even, then they would have legitimacy.

Their problem is legitimacy/ or thereof lack of it.

Now, this is not the case with the Parsi's/ Zartoshti's if you know what I mean......There are still Zoroastrians in Iran and they never left and tbh, they are revered now compared to their muslim citizens. Every young Iranian wants to turn Zoroastrian.

Likewise same story with the Persian Jews. They're more loyal to Iran than Israel, unless backed into a corner.

It's also true for Turkish Jews......they love Turkey.

It's best for all of us to tone down all our rhetoric. This forum allows nearly complete freedom of speech as long as there is no threats made to someone else. We thrive to be similar to X/Twitter where anyone can say what they want as long as they do not demean others constantly with threats, that's the only real limitation we hold.

Hopefully we can all come to a neutral conclusion and express our views, however hard they may be, to be made with out the need to use insults (although allowed) and the need to limit.

Forums are all about who is shelling the money and who is connected to the inner circle. To drive the personal agenda of who is shelling the money.

The rest of us, especially the names who create controversy, angst, traffic and discussion laced with liberal doses of discord, both lovers and haters, we are spending our time away from things that are actually important, like family, friends and the real world, to further the aims of the forum by the active participation and traffic we generate.

@VCheng knows the score. You've been around long enough to know it too.

Let them run that forum as they wish. Let the team here run this forum as it wishes. I wish both teams success in whatever they wish to work towards, of course. Members can participate in either or both, or neither, or go elsewhere, as suits them. That is how it works.

My views about USA, Pakistan, Iran, and the other players most are kvetching about are well known and do not need reiteration. I still stand by them and will see them turn out be far more right than wrong in the long run.

Now, I have some great trips to plan for next year and spend some quality time with family and friends over the coming holidays, which are the things that really matter, as you point out. The real world matters, and reality remains what it is, not what some preferred echochamber online pretends it to be, no matter how fervently. :D

But bc now if I highlight anything, an annoying ste-ven-haw-king type awaaz starts reading it aloud.. what a chewtia feature, get rid of it already !

Opinions can differ - but we must politely argue, even if we disagree.

Being polite is a sign of maturity.

I don't want to comment on other forums - but our principle here is restraint on what you post.

I'm generally not rude to anyone, hasi mazaak is my default mode. It is precisely for the reason of having a differing political opinion that they do that. Those Indian mods are a xutia lot.

My hope is this place doesn't devolve into becoming like that one, and continues to grow. Those of you still active at the other place, poach some folk off there.
