India me bhot backward scene hai cannabis ka, at least bud.

in resin (chars), they are highly advanced, even if t hey employ rustic growing methods, the produce is stellar.

bud is different, there are some super potent ones from the north east and famously, Kerala "gold" .. insane maal, but most weed is a poor man's nasha grown randomly with little to no knowledge of the horticultural stuff they need to know about... all cow beltias growing, UP, Bihar, MP .. fakk off.. even if a lot of that xhit will get ya stoned AF.. maal is low qualtee.

well many times on way to manali have seen myself people rubbing bhaang leaves rigrously and when there hands get black they with help of a thin iron plate srap off all that black resideu and make one little "ANTTA" which they smoke in CHILLAM ... wonder what is that
