Causing some damage.

In other words, the massive Israeli counter attack largely fizzled out.

I believe US warships have been hit by da Hoosi's and they've retreated in defeat repeatedly. Ansarallah is standing firm and desperate US attacks have done nothing to their military capabilities. Absolutely nothing!
