I know Indian food quite different to our food, and here in Japan you can't get it bhai......

Exactly! That's what I love.

I dont like the thick heavy gravies that totally drown the natural flavour of the meat.

In fact nothing tastier than meat and potatoes (big ones cut into two or four) in broth or stock. With white rice or chapati.
