The difference is that sunanda pushkar case was investigated because of mysterious circumstances and lots of marks of torture on her body. There is no prima facie evidence which points finger at Shashi Tharoor. Sadguru's wife died amongst hundreds of people doing yoga and not in any remote hotel room with suspicious marks on her body.
