The entire concept of satrapies is to widen your empire and span of control across alien lands and bloodlines. Pump money and material to them. Have them fight for you. Under your banner. I happen to like Raj kachori, way better than Poutine any day.
More on topic, the spike in illegal immigrants was because of visa fraud (fake student visas which the Canadian govt. could have prevented - but did not). Very smart.
Most of you will say "Captain Obvious" to this, but it isn't obvious to a lot of Canadians.
All that being said, none of these visas will be made permanent. It has become a huge national debate and subject of embarrassment to the liberals in Canada. And they will deport almost all of these new fake student visa holders. Guaranteed.
