well there was a reason why USA had left Iraq and afghanistan in a jiffy leaving behind piles of those weapons they dont want stabilty in this part of the world so there investements in Saudia and UAE/Bahrain/Kuwait or Quatar are safe and central asian and Irani crude nevr reaches world open markets
