Yes - if pre-term caeserean (like seven months pregnant). The baby will not be fully developed, will need to be in an incubator after birth as it will not be fully developed as a human being.

Why is your type in all caps and in such huge size? This is the equivalent of screaming.

But the moral of this story is - that so many people (Indian non-immigrants in this case) are willing to risk the life of their child, just to have an anchor baby.
