no, mostly dumb bombs like J-DAMS etc are still very much a thing. SOWs are more than guidance kits and a GPS.

Dumb bombs are a thing of past where one adversary has complete air dominance and superiority. Modern mobile IADS dont let that happen. Exactly like in Ukraine. A lesson Russians learnt the very hard way.

Except USA and maybe China, no one can do that.
