This idea is nothing new. The real question is providing benefits for ordinary citizens. These third world countries will always fail regardless how they change their borders or even religions. Central Asia is as savage as it was a thousand years ago. They became Muslim converts themselves and then converted people in the subcontinent. Religion has blinded our people so much that they can not see that Mongol-Turkic tribes have broken the backbones of our country and people.
