Making light of one's spelling mistakes cannot be a source of pride, One should practice humility at all times.
Spelling and vocabulary are the standards by which a person's level of education (and worth as a human being) is judged.
Like one of the Gyana Shloka says,
विद्या ददाति विनयं, विनयाद् याति पात्रताम्।
पात्रत्वात् धनमाप्नोति, धनात् धर्मं ततः सुखम्॥
Meaning in English:
Knowledge imparts humility, from humility comes worthiness.
From worthiness, one gets wealth, and from wealth, one achieves righteousness, leading to happiness.



I speak to my colleagues in gurrgaon Bechtel office every once in a blue moon and they tell me there’s no drama at all.
