The problem what I have found in this Islamic/ Muslim state is that they want to make an alliance based on religion. That is unnatural because they have fought amongst themselves much more than what they have fought with others. Second thing is that their foreign policy is aggressive and not in the line with the power they have. They often try to act like a much more powerful nation than they are. As a result, they have created problem for themselves. Iran Iraq fought war without any significant reason. Pakistan Played Terror card against India and harmed itself. Turkey unnecessarily messed with Russia by shooting down Russian plane and when Putin threated to hit back, they spoiled the relations with US. Turkey unnecessarily interfered into India's matter which provoked India to side with Greece. Their foreign policy often run on the whims of either their leader/dictator or military general. Iran unnecessarily provoked India and couple of days later seek India's help to check Israel.
