There is a new angel to Russian and Chinese relationship with Iran that I am seeing in some commentators discussion...in short China refuses to invest in Iran three years after signing the 400 billion MOU because they view current Islamic Regim too unstable and believe the next Government system in Iran will be pro-west ..I wonder if such views are talked about in Russia..what will happen to their SU 35 if Iran' next goverment is back in the Western camp...just thinking out of the box !!!.As you already know, the SU-35s were initially manufactured for the Egyptian Air Force. If Russia were to transfer them to Iran, they would need a reasonable amount of time to customize and rebrand the planes. Additionally, Iranian pilots would require rigorous training to learn how to operate the Su-35s. This would lead to further delays in the delivery schedule.
