Not only Tareque - but his wife Zubaida Rahman, also has a British Passport.

This is odd - however, Tareque can travel to Bangladesh on a British Passport, but maybe he is waiting for a Bangladeshi Passport to be re-issued for him.

Since Britain allows dual citizenship, then no reason Tareque can be denied a Bangladeshi Passport, because he is by birth a Bangladeshi citizen.

Bangladesh also allows dual citizenship.
