US and India are two biggest democracie and has a lots of shared values which makes them natural allies. However, the issue with democrats and deep state is they anyhow don't want India to emerge as an another strong nation which may dilute it's hegemony. That is why they try overtime to content India in best US interest. Post 2014, India has taken a very tough stand not to get influenced by any hegemony. This irritate US more. Not it remains to be seen how US changes its India policy. If they continue with the policy of democrats, relations will further deteriorate else it will improve to benefit both nations.
