According to a statement issued by the Syrian presidency, First Lady Asma al-Assad was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia (leukemia).
The statement said Asma, 48, would undergo a special treatment protocol that would require her to isolate and that she would step away from public engagements as a result.
In August 2019, Asma said she had fully recovered from breast cancer that she said had been discovered early.

Syria's bad luck is never ending. Whole country reduced to rubble. Idlib taken over by turkey with millions of terrorist jihadists and the NE taken by the US which uses Daesh for terrorism. What a total disaster. Lets hope this lady recovers from this nightmare.

Oh bhai what’s the diff? Sunnite or shiite or alawiite or good night?

Saari dunya hum per huns parrti hae as soon as we are brought up in a conversation anywhere.

It’s taken me a long time to understand that all this sectarian/ ethnic/ religious dogma is a fraud! There are countries and gubments out there which are interested in us fighting each other.

Now I don’t part take in it, cuz it’s a dead end.

Unlike men, women don't care about religion or nationality when they want to marry. Women care about other aspects of life and companionship.
Otherwise, you wouldn't find millions of our Pakistani men who already married foreign women with many religions.

Although not recommended, Muslim men can marry women from the people of the book.

But Muslim women can only marry Muslim men.

Millions of muzlim women marrying non muzlim now. They know what's up. Look at educated Irani women......lol.....They are worth more than 1000 of our educated pendu rolled into one. I've run into Irani women engineers everywhere. Do minntt main they establish their ascendancy. Total bhunnd lugga deti hain gee....lol. Surprising how witty/ educated/ experienced they are......our bewquff can't even fathom what hit them in all these foreign lands where I've noticed this first hand. Saari Canadian shale oil industry, US oil n gas industry, Central asian oil n gas industry and Aussie coal seam oil n gas industry run by Irani's and more than half of them Irani women engineers. All over the PGCC I've noticed Irani women engineers runnin da show. I also worked in manufacturing/ HVAC/ Auto/ minerals n metals/ process plants and I noticed Irani women engineers. Very strange observation. Don't be fooled guys. A big chunk of women engineers even in the PGCC/ Central asia/ North sea etc are Irani women engineers. I know so, cuz I've worked in all these regions for the last quarter century. We might hate da irani mulla on many things, but they've totally educated their women into warriors bhai.
