Indian Bike companies are acquiring international brands. Many of the multinational companies like BMW and others are selling Indian made bike under there logo. 10% of BMW bikes are made by TVS. KTM bikes are made by Bajaj. Kawasaki had an agreement with Indian company that Kawasaki's up to 350 cc bike shall beade by an Indian company. Indian bikes with same quality of that of Europe and Japan are available at half of the price.

Multinational companies like BMW are not selling Indian made bikes under their logo bro. That clearly implies contract manufacturing. That is not the case in the TVS BMW deal. Nor the Hero Harley deal. Nor the Bajaj Kawasaki or Bajaj KTM or Bajaj Husqvarna or Bajat Triumph deal.

KTM bikes are not "made by Bajaj". Initially, Bajaj had a non controlling minority stake in KTM (which also owns WP which is their competition exhaust and suspension sub brand , as well as the once Swedish Husqvarna). It now OWNS KTM. Controlling majority stake. Which means Bajaj is manufacturing sub 700 cc bikes under its KTM sub brand.

Hope this clarifies, and puts things in the correct context.

Bajaj's agreement with Kawasaki is different.

As is its business model with Triumph.

You yourself admitted that KTM'S less than 700 cc bike by Bajaj.

For Haryana Davidson 440, here is the link where it is being manufactured.

The latest unit, a BMW F 450 GS, was rolled out from TVS Motor’s Hosur facility, marking a significant moment for the Indo-German alliance that has been active since 2013.

Now I hope that I have supported my claim with reference.

Historically, Kawasaki and Bajaj Auto had a partnership (starting 1984) where Bajaj manufactured and sold Kawasaki bikes in India, such as the iconic KB100, KB125, and 4S Champion. Later, they assembled Ninja 250R, 300, 650, and 1000 models before Kawasaki established its own independent sales/service network in 2017, although some assembly ties continued.
Key Historical & Assembled Kawasaki Models via Bajaj:
  • Classic Models (1980s-90s): Kawasaki KB100 RTZ, KB125, 4S Champion.
  • Assembled/Partnered Models (Post-2009): Ninja 250R, Ninja 300, Ninja 650, Z650, Versys 650, Z250.
Current Scenario:
While Bajaj manufactured older models, India Kawasaki Motors (IKM) currently handles the importation, sales, and service of modern Kawasaki motorcycles (like the Ninja 300/500/650, ZX-10R, Versys, and KLX series) through its own network.
Note: In some international markets, certain Bajaj-made, Bajaj-branded bikes (like the Dominar) are sold under the Kawasaki brand, such as the Kawasaki Rouser NS160, but this is a cross-branding strategy rather than a partnership for Kawasaki-branded bikes.
