They do this mustard thing in Punjab, name skips me.. pretty hot, kinda like hot english mustard that makes you tear up and kick you in the back of the head.. its a coarse paste with seeds, not a full paste.

Mustard oil is good because of a high smoke point.

There is this karrhao beef they cook with it and it’s just out of this world. No onions in it just coriander powder lots of it and cayenne chilli powder and Turmeric….lots of mustard oil and garlic thrown in.

Nothing else bhai it just cooks for hrs and hrs but it’s so good.

So simple.
